AoS First Tournament List Help

I started playing AoS in July and am going to my first tournament at Lodge Con 2020 on February 8th and 9th.

I would like to see if I can get any advice on my list from the forum.

Realm: Ulgu

Leaders:
Slann Starmaster – General
Command Trait: Great Rememberer
Artefact: Incandescent Retrices
Spell: Stellar Tempest

Engine of the Gods
Artefact: Dimensional Blade (for Crushing Stomps)

Skink Starpriest
Artefact: Prism of Amyntok
Spell: Meteoric Convocation

Battleline:
3 Units of 10 Skinks

Artillery:
3 Salamanders

Behemoths:
Stegadon w/Skystreak Bow
Bastiladon w/Solar Engine

Other:
3 Skinks Handlers
3 Terradon Riders

Battalions:
Shadowstrike Starhost
Thunderquake Starhost


Endless Spells:
Balewind Vortex
Chronomantic Cogs
Prismatic Palisade

The Bataillon cost is a bit much but it is a fun list. I have played it before.

I think Dimensional Blade doesn't work on the crushing stomps though.

I mean the blade very well could. It is just a weapon profile to pick..... and the blade just calls for you to pick a weapon profile to apply it to.

I'm fairly certain in GHB that it states artifacts cannot affect mount weapons.

Okay, so which weapon is the hero riding it?

Why does the Engine have the hero keyword anyway? Does that make the Stegadon the hero?

The skink priest is technically the hero, but in this instance doesnt actually have a weapon. Remember this models rules were written before the mount rules so its definetly unclear. New book will fix it since 90% of the current book is wrong anyway

the Skink priest is too busy operating the engine itself to attack, and the Alpha is too busy commanding troops to attack. it is 100% a rule that weapon artifacts cannot be used with mount weapons and thus because the Hero that "rides" the stegadon hasn't a weapon EOTG's cant use weapon relics. the non weapon relics are 100% useable (cloak, gryphon feather etc)
