Tell me what you guys think! Also the two runes on the balloon part are Tolkiens dwarvish runes for SZ which stands for the Swift Zenith, the name of this ship. Since Zenith means "at the height of it's power" I figured Swift Zenith fit since this is a fast ship that can get into action easily, thus get to its peak power quickly. Plus this ship will help shield the bigger ships so it gets to it's purpose quite fast.

Excellent work! Great to see you did decide to use a wash on the blue after all, and love the freehand runes used to identify the ship's name (and doing just the initials is a lot less fiddly than the whole name itself)!

I look forward to seeing more Kharadron awesomeness in the future!

yeah the runes took a while lol. The full name would have taken days lol. The silver helped this model alot since it now has way more depth.

Do you guys think there is anything else I should do to it?

Looks great for the most part, but I notice there are areas that you have repainted blue on top of the original washed layer, presumably to hide mistakes - these need to be washed again with Drakenhof so as to blend them back in with the original layer or else it will look patchy. I know it’ll be a pain, but I have also had this problem and that is the only way to sort it.

Other than that it looks pretty good as it is.

The face looks a bit simple (probably will look OK with the beard) but otherwise it is a pretty good model.
It doesn't look very 3D printed.

Well it's been a long time since I posted here, haven't done too much painting (or at least haven't finished much) but here is Brokk Grungson, I finally got around to painting him and he turned out better than I thought. What do you guys think? Any critiques? Help always wanted.IMG_20200219_230533.jpg IMG_20200219_230540.jpg IMG_20200219_230545.jpg IMG_20200219_232004.jpg IMG_20200219_230559.jpg

Looking good! After going through the thread it’s incredible to see how significantly you improved the quality of your painting, very well done. :)

Looking good. I think you need one more layer of the cream color on your Ironclad. Brokk looks nice!
