If I had to place a wager, I'd go with @Canas . Although currently he is not as close to the mark as @Warden , I have a feeling he might just close the gap.

Would it be seen as corrupt to bet on myself? :D

I mean, if we have another Star Wars debate on the appropriate thread, I’m bound to win, not to mention that there’s another Short Story Contest fast approaching (I discuss the entries quite a bit)! ;)

If I had to bet on someone else, I’d say @Warden, as he’s only got about 700 posts to go while @Canas still has 1200 to go.

I guess you would know better than us but it does seem like you are one of the forum's more prevalent posters. @Warden does post in bursts however, I would never count him out!

Not corrupt at all. You do have to make up a lot of ground however, and if I am not mistaken the gap between yourself and @Canas has increased over the last couple of months. That said, I could envision a scenario where you pull off the upset and reach the mark before the others.
