AoS Spells and artifacts help

Hi all,

Firstly apologies in advance if this is a silly or frequently asked question.

On a lot of posts I have seen lists using the following format:

Skink Starpriest (80)
- General
- Command Trait : Master of Star Rituals
- Artefact : Miasmatic Blade
- Spell : Meteoric Convocation

What i am having a hard time understanding is where you guys find command traits, artifacts and spells for reference and selection when creating lists?

I have both the Seraphon battletome and the core rule book and I cannot find any reference to these items?!

Can anyone point me in the right direction? I am very new to the game and would love to try some of the lists that have been posted but i don't know what these things do.

Yeah, in the GHB2019, you will find: Command traits, Seraphon artefacts, seraphon spell lore

in Malign Sorcery you will find artefacts and spells, tied to specific realms
