If you just said nothing I would have forgotten about this and organically and unknowingly hit 5000. Now I'm all self conscious and weighing my 5000th post for impact. You changed the outcome by measuring it.

Also you forced me to waste my 4999th post responding to you!

I don't have a meme worthy of my 5000th post. I don't want it to be something political. My 5000th post should be about something I truly value. That would be Tactica Indexes.

Now it's all down to the hero @airjamy . He is preparing an 8th edtion tactica index that we never really had. I know it's late but all this time and we never had a comprehensive Anti-Skaven Tactica. Airjamy is (slowly) working on just that.

Also, this weekend I'm going to the renaissance fair, so I will likely not be online much this weekend.


In any event I still haven't hit @Bowser 's mark. I'm a long way from hitting Bowser likes, either giving them or getting them.


Hopefully, Airjamy will come through for us soon, or Scolenex might suddenly become more active on the forum...

I think it would be more fitting for your 5000th post to be made here, a way of marking the momentous occasion. Indeed that is how the thread was originally started.

You'll catch @Bowser in terms of post count soon enough; you aren't too far away. Likes will take a bit longer. As for catching him in terms of likes given out, only a very small handful of members on the forum have ever been able to surpass him in that regard.

I can have more false modesty if I get someone ELSE to recognize my achievement...but if you insist. I looked up 5000 memes and there was some sacriligious stuff about Jesus feeding 5000 people. So it's sacriligious of me to make a loaves and fishes remarks.

But in honor of Lustria's savior. I will give you all 5000 snakes.

Congratulations on reaching Slannhood! The 8th Slann of the forum is officially born/spawned! A mighty achievement indeed; Sotek is pleased.

And now you chase the legendary @Bowser for the 7th spot on the list. @Killer Angel better be wary, or you'll surpass him as well.
 
I feel like the massive essays I've been writing here should count for a 100 posts each :P.

On that note, can we see words posted? I might actually catch up with you based on that given these essays :p

The thing with me is that I make posts of various lengths. You have witnessed first hand the gigantic political discussions, star wars discussions, survival discussions, etc. Even if only 15% of my posts are on the longer side, I have 10 times more posts than just about everybody else.

I would not be surprised if I have more word count than you. Sadly I don't believe we have the ability to measure those metrics.
