Confirmed. It is.

(I waited until my google-fu was strong and tried some image searching. Eventually I found several generally similar models for sale on Amazon. Not visible in the video, there is a blunt, heavy, metal punch rod tucked into the upper and more narrow portion of the spring.)
 

Probably the best video from this channel hands down. The philosophy of it all is easily accessible and understandable, yet runs so deep.
