They should be large enough At least I hope so They are suiting 40mm base, and have ~54mm of height.

Sadly I don’t think so, they were made by Woogity who from my knowledge is no longer active here and thus no longer being sold. You could always ask a member on the forum for one of them, or maybe finding one on eBay. Other than that I think that’s the only way you could get a hold of them.
