Moral people with foolish plans generally do more harm than amoral people with brilliant plans. I will point out that all four of these characters have foolish plans.

The top two people are the evil ones, the bottom two are the well-intentioned ones.

The true depravity of the road runner is largely unknown. Lets just say, the road runner has been dodging karma for a long time.
