AoS NEW *rumor*

It has to be seraphon and here is why. One look at that posture, it clearly is the base of an animal’s hindquarters and leg where muscle attaches. So this means it is not some random chunk. Furthermore look at that posture, dragging on the ground. Also those scales are to reptilian to not be some large lizard. I think we have a new model.

I wish it was exactly the same.. but the under scales are different, and the top scales are too regimented. That's more SNAKE than carnosaur....
 
Looking at it I get more of a Dragon vibe from it.
...and they mention Hysh. Aren't there Aelves in the Realm of Light?

So it could be an Aelven lord on a Dragon for example.

Pray to Sotek that it is Seraphon, a spell, but even better a new beast.

We need love given old battletome, no Blood Bowl team and no Shadespire/Nightvault band.
 
If it's not a dinosaur, then i don't know what else it could be...

Most likely an endless spell like the Molten Infernoth for Fyreslayers. Probably a star lizard that charges around wrecking enemy units.

The under scales are slightly different then the carnasour model but looks just like the bottom of cold ones. Maybe it's a new type of dino?

Really I'm scared it's a dragon. I believe at the start of the year in a white dwarf or something there was a hint about Dragons or places dragons would be.(I think it was just before fryeslayers release.
 
So we have this new rumor + the other scaley rumor engine from last year. Here's hoping!

I don't think this new rumor engine is Seraphon. There was an older rumor engine that had the scales of saurus on it.
 
I don't think it looks anything like it can be a Lizardman/seraphon dino at all.
I'd guess it has something to do with the Malekith (or Malerion I guess).
 
That was my first guess. Daerk Aelf cold one riders. But I'm hoping it's seraphon. Or maybe it's part of Malekith's dragon's tail...

Naturally, I want it to be something for Seraphon, but it just seems too easy to be a new Seraphon model (GW loves to toy with its player base). Obviously it's missing any of the telltale hallmarks of Seraphon that would give it away (like bands or plaques). However, the UK Games Expo is coming up at the end of the month, so it's not impossible.

Based on the "clue" of needing clarity from the sphere of Hysh, I guess it could be the tail from a new Aelves/Dark Aelves dragon or the tentacle from a kraken-like monster for the Idoneth? The detail looks too high be a small mini, so it appears to be something big-ish. Maybe that clue just means to "shine a light" on the image for clarity?

On Facebook, some people think it could be a new sauropod, like an apatosaurus/brachiosaurus, or new kroxigors. Some think new Seraphon mounts.
 
I think it is mostly likely part of whatever endless spells the seraphon get. I think there has also been as much as 9 months time between a a rumor and a model. Hold onto your lizard butts.

The clue is fairly useless as the exact same picture is shown on the 40K page with a different comment. So I wouldn;t take the text about hysh too seriously.
