AoS Lizardmen/Seraphon

So I have the wh aos app and looimg through tue factions ive seen the lizardmen faction seprate from seraphon. Could I add lizardmen to my seraphon army? If so, would it be apart of the army, or seen as an alley?

None of the "lizardmen" in the app have current points costs. so the answer is yes and no. if you are playing matched play they are unusable. if you are doing narrative/casual or anything else, then yes. but they are def not tournament legal

They are allies (don't have the SERAPHON keyword) and don't have points for matched play. Still, usually everybody is fine with playing them as if they were seraphon.

Technically they are not even allies, as Seraphon can only ally with SCE.
