To be fair, i usually don't mind bees but man, those are terrifying...
@NIGHTBRINGER And in the bathroom there was a European hornet and holy crap I thought I was a dead man. Not from the bee but I thought I would have a freakin heart attack.
I agree. I'm not a big fan of insects. At least they are better than giant spiders. To be fair, i usually don't mind bees but man, those are terrifying...
Those European hornets seems very similar to the ones we get over here. The colouration is a bit different as I don't see the red pattern in ours.@NIGHTBRINGER you are evil to even make me think about giant bees. But also google a European hornet. They live around here (though they are rare). Lol I was going to the bathroom to wash my hands at a lake area (they had restrooms). The place I was at was surrounded by woods. You mean you were stung by one of those giant Japanese variants?Once i was stung by one of those.
I won't enter into details because I care for your mental health.![]()
Bees are fine. They are absolutely vital to our well-being and are very rarely aggressive. They just want to go about their business.I firmly stand by my verdict that Bees are the spawns of Satan.
Lol yep I can tolerate bumble bees and honey bees. But wasps and the others are evil. I’ve started thinking of how we could eliminate them from existence and replace the lack with either a crap ton of butterflies or some more bumble bees and honey beesI agree. Yellow jackets, hornets and killer bees on the other hand.... those things are horrible.
Can you get rid of mosquitoes and spiders while you're at it?Lol yep I can tolerate bumble bees and honey bees. But wasps and the others are evil. Mosquitos yes. As for spiders they are necessary but I can get rid of the big ones like those Satan wolf spiders. LolCan you get rid of mosquitoes and spiders while you're at it?![]()
Spiders are necessary, but so are wasps and hornets. I'm willing to take a hit to the ecosystem to get rid of spiders.Mosquitos yes. As for spiders they are necessary but I can get rid of the big ones like those Satan wolf spiders. Lol

It must have been pretty bad... but at least it wasn't that Japanese monstrosity of a hornet.Nope, by the european one (I thought it would have been clear by the quote i was answering to . " in the bathroom there was a European hornet")
I suspect that the pain would have been worse if it was one of those giant Japanese hornets.I guess there are different types of bees and wasps. When I was little I was terrified of bees and wasps. Then when I was 16 I was fishing, I accidentally bumped a wasp with my pole and it was pissed. It circled my head angrily several times terrifying me. Then it stung.
I didn't like being stung but I was like "Hmmm, that is far less painful than I was expecting."
Now I'm not afraid of bees or wasps much.
I was never stung till this summer lol. I’m even more afraid now.
can we remove coyotes while we're at it?
They take chickens without asking, so fuck them!
