Lentils are very healthy (depending of course on how you prepare them). Even the link you provided describes it as nutritious.
Nutritious and healthy isn't the same though, is it? Anyway. Tasty is the main thing for me. :)

How are lentils not healthy? Good source of protein and fiber.... and are low in fat.

There are hundreds of sources saying the same thing. Of course if you prepare them in an unhealthy way that is a different story, but that applies to all foods.
