I think everyone has already stated the main points I had. I think they have provided sound advice. Go through each item of dispute that you have listed, and talk it out with her to find a solution that makes each of you happy. It only works if each of you have input and collectively come up with a compromise that is satisfactory to both parties. Make sure you listen carefully to her point of view, and be willing to make changes to make her happy (and she should do the same).

That is another go. I can sell hobby stuff and save the money, or sell it and buy organization materials.

Honestly I think I'm going to try and paint everything I currently have asap

mm right, went through it and it makes a lot more sense, especially with how you seem to favor to paint them. Also damn that's a lot of models :p
And it's quite fun to see the improvement over the years.
