To be honest, out of the four conversionsthat were shown this one looks by far the worst. He doesn't match well with the floating chair and justlooks out of place. Looks more like he literally just punched the previous occupier off it it than that it's his chair.

Making a paragon with "true" imperial knights, these new knights are very fast and relatively cheap, but they are also an easier prey for enemy's shooting.
 
I don't get why they're making order more fractured lately though. Death got to be one big Alliance with nagash controlling all of em & chaos unites whenever Archeon comes along. But the last two factions that joined order both are outcasts that just as happily murder their supposed allies as their enemies...
 
I just did a quick glance at the Beast Riders page and I thought the top-right illustration was a dwarf riding the eel.....
All the little fish extras, very Sylvaneth.
