AoS Skink Alpha

Do you need to use the Skink Alpha ability on all units simultaniously, or can you spread it out over the hero phase?

Example:
1) Skink Alpha on an bastiladon
2) Teleport Stegadon close to enemy
3) Skink Alpha on itself to try and make the charge

A sigle skink Alpha uses its ability only once in a turn. So:

1) Skink Alpha on a bastiladon
2) Teleport Stegadon close to enemy
3) Skink Alpha has already used its ability on Basti, so the Steggy can make the charge without the Alpha's bonuses


If you have more than one Alpha (2 steggies) you don't have to use their abilities at the same time.

Example:
1) skink Alpha A on the steggy of skink Alpha B
2) teleport Steggy B and summon a unit of 40 skinks
3) Skink Alpha B use its ability on the skinks
4) both 40 skinks and Steggy B shoots with re-roll of 1s
5) Steggy B tries to charge.


Side note: don't know if this is clear to you, but a skink Alpha and its Steggy are the same unit, so if the skink Alpha uses its ability on itself, it targets also the Steggy.
