Well guess that's why it's recommend to rent a car when visiting the us as a European... 12 1/2 mph should be equivalent to our 30km/h speed limit... well... actually it's just about 20km/h but I think the reason behind it is the same...

Ok there has to be a story behind that which I don't seem to get right now.
Why should anyone lick a brush in a store?

I mean: I have seen people licking brushes to give them a bit of wetness and a nice tip. That one cool guest painter on Tabletop Minions (Sam Lenz) does it sometimes.
But... in a store? For choosing them? Why?

That's the whole point. How many instances of this had to have happened so as to motivate the store owner to post the sign?

As to why.... people are strange! :wacky:
