Wow that sure looks awesome!
How is that huge thing stable though? Is there some internal structure? I can harely imagine that cake itself is stable enough...

Do you sell these cakes?

If not your missing a trick they are brilliant.

@Mrs. NIGHTBRINGER does sell cakes from time to time. It's sort of a side hobby with a financial upside. This particular cake was a commissioned piece.

Other times she makes them for free for friends/family.

Actually, the white tiers are not real cake, only the brown ones are (which is how the bride and groom wanted it). So the white tiers hold up easily on their own. As for the real cake tiers, they have a set of wooden dowels in them to support the weight of the tiers above.

This cake order also included 250 decorated cupcakes, each of which were individually boxed and placed on the dinner tables.

What were they?
The fake tiers are made of Styrofoam and then covered with fondant. So technically the exterior of the fake tiers could be consumed.

How did this disassemble for serving and slicing?
The layers can disassembled and cut. My wife transported the tiers separately and assembled them at the venue.

Nice sequins...

...dare we ask 1) who commissioned this or 2) what flavor the cake is inside.
:D

It was commissioned by a friend of a friend of a friend. The cake flavor inside was chocolate!
