And i need help for the general(better sunblood or kroak?) And artifact

Kroak won't last long as they will nuke him, Stormcast are weak against magic so I would take priests and a Basilidon, take out his heros fast.

He is the most costly hero but not our strongest, in a 1500 point game he is a handicap, for that 540 points you could add a priest and Dread Saurian.

Okay a good kroak list would be something like this.

With 2 banners and the Vortex kroaks damage spells cast on a 4 not a seven and he can hit almost anything on the board. You will need to focus fire any range he has because usr once kroak is up on the Vortex they have no wizard to unbind it so he can't die to melee. I would also have him cast a mystic shield on him to stay alive. Bastiladon help sinpe any other ranged threats and is hard to kill. I would screen everything with the skinks and let them come to you and hope for a table. Good luck
