Hey all, recently played a skirmish and I got destroyed.

Im after some list ideas for a 50pt game,

Also looking at another faction, any ideas? Currently looking at daemon khorne

Cheers, ill give this a go, do you go really aggressive with the rippers?

Yep, yet they got destroyed early game by Bloodbound.
Yeah my first game in fog of war got all three rippers together, he killed one straight away.

Then he went first again in the second and third turn.

I think i was too aggressive

Not sure if I should run more guard and less Rippers, we only played the first scenario once.

I might be better off with teradons, the toad can't keep up with anyone.

I've been capitalising on skinks and their wary fighters ability with some success, even though I hear most people aren't too fond of them for skirmish. Every time they go to attack one skink you can use your turn to withdraw another. At only one renown each I think they are low-key pretty good - especially for the more objective oriented gametypes.

I've been using Ironjawz for our tournament and I've been doing pretty well. Multi wound and multi attacks are really good in this format as is magic. I'm going to give my Seraphon a go tonight actually. Bloodbound are really good in this too. Bloodwarriors are scary.

@Shawry they are a hard match up against most. 99% of Ironjawz have rend which we get to ignore usually but 2 attacks base on ard boyz with 1 or 2 more if the Mega bosses command ability triggers is scary. 5 attacks for brutes with the command ability and 9 for a gore-grunta rider or 10 for that units leader. Their movement can be slow if they are not near a hero I'd say try to shoot their boss to slow everything down and take potshots at everything else while having Rippers as clean up units
