How exactly do you snipe a hero that fast?

Is it just from dropping rocks on them or the follow up attacks? Is it better to run to groups of 3 units due the fact you only roll D3 for mortal wounds?

Cheers

You have 2*5 Chamelon skinks and rippers in the Formation.

You don't set up any on the board, you place the bloat toad at said target and then place ripper and reveal Chamos in range and byebye hero, if you get it right you have 32 attacks hitting the target.

10 from the Chamos +4hit, +3w double damage for a 6

Rippers dive down and reroll failed hit and wound rolls so a possible 22 hit and wounds.

Most people will use the rippers, have the blot toad near and have them drop out of the sky to get a bunch of attacks, if it is a tough to kill hero, they use chameleons to pepper it with darts first. But yeah, drop the terradons in, drop rocks and charge. Same use of chameleons. The terradons work better for taking a few targets. Drop in, drop rocks in war machine crew shoot the next guy or any crew you didn't kill, charge another unit, preferably the one they just shot, and boom, you should have 2 dead units or 3 disrupted units at the very least.

Yeah I'm not sure it's just most of the tournaments I've been to they have been very offical with what you use but that might be different in your area

I'm sorry that you live in an area where the gaming community is that uptight.

I see no difference from a WYSIWYG perspective.
