Looking at doing my 1st ever tournament with a 2000 point list. Thinking of using both firelance and shadowstrike list as follows:

Firelance (60)
Scar Vet on Cold one (100)
Saurus Knightsx5 (120)
Saurus Knightsx5 (120)
Saurus Knightsx5 (120)

Shadowstrike (120)
Skink Starpriest (100)
Ripperdactylsx3 (140)
Chamo Skinksx5 (120)
Chamo Skinksx5 (120)

Other
Kroxigorx3 (180)
Bastiladon (300)
Dread Saurian (400)

Idea being the other sections being the meat while the firelance charging the sides or objectives and shadowstrike wreck their back area.
Seem alright? It's my very first ever list so all criticism is welcome.

Solid list, will be good for take all comers. Dread saurian and Bastiladon should tear some stuff up! Definitely a good list.

Cheers. I have a carnosaur with old blood, an engine of the gods, some saurus warriors, a slann and a troglodon if you think I should swap in any of those.

Nope, this one works well together. Two solid hammer and anvils. Firelance and Shadowstrike and Dread and Bastiladon. Should strike some fear/rage in your opponent!

This is a reasonable question. This list is interesting but our Cavarly is nothing close to resilient. Could have a hard time against lists that include tanky units with shooting support. Looking forward to the battle rep to see how it turned out !

Tournament isn't for ages. Sept, I'm making a list now cause I need to paint half the stuff and it gives me some motivation.

I already have a painting blog but I haven't updated it in a while. I'm currently painting my second load of knights, scar vet on cold one and a trog although the trog is moving behind the other stuff above.
