Hello my fellow Seraphonians

I built this with defense in mind. Grab objectives and hold them. Dare the enemy to charge the guard. Use the chameleons and bastiladons for sniping and harassment of heroes or enemy objective holders.

Has anyone run a similar list? How did it do? I'm new to AoS (used to play 8th a lot) so I'm moving my army to round bases and will give it a go.

Please give me suggestions!

I have run similar, and it has worked out well. Double bastiladons and the Unbreakable guard will frustrate your opponent no end while he tries to take objectives. Chameleons are a good call, they can take out key heroes or artillery. And the Sunbloods command ability will make your guard monster killers.

Thanks! What do you think of the item loadout for my heroes? Would you have any other suggestions for this list?

The only thing I might change would be to give the sunblood master of defense instead, just gor that chance to save mortal wounds.

Good idea. Thanks! What do you think about having both the starpriest and priest? I like the spells both can cast and having the option to mystic shield and make a unit of guard even harder to kill is what motivated me here. Do you think spending 200 on magic is worth it in this list? Do you think opponents will consider the priests target priority and attack them first?

Maybe a jade battlemage for the normal priest...put him behind the bastilidons and heal

Great idea! Undo all the hard work your opponent puts into killing them, and adds a 6+ against all wounds and mortal wounds.

Don't I lose the guard as my battleline if I do that?
Sorry forgot they are seraphon only BL! You are correct. Either stick with the priest or maybe a mobile hero like a Scar-Veteran on cold one.

A Scar Vet on cold one might be a good idea to replace the priest so I have a better chance at holding objectives if playing 3 places of power?

The priest is a gamble, I agree that the scar-vet is a killer and would be a great addition, so keep it on tour sidebar.
