Don't you have some older neighbours around? You could help them for some little money... Mowing the lawn or stuff like that... Or if you want to invest some sweat, tears and hard work, you could try to get on your parents nerves nerves, until they get you a nice set of krox or at least the money to buy one... It worked for me back when I was young, and it works today for my daughter... I have the rules for them but I've learnt the rules don't always show the true nature of a model unless you try different tactics with them and knuckle some Dwarves on an actual board.
