8th Ed. Which bases to use?

My lizardmen are coming with round and oval bases because of GW's switch to AoS.....I have a Carnosaur and salamander and don't know which bases to use, size that is. Anyone know the dimensions?

Carnosaur = 50mmX100mm

Salamander = 40mmX40mm (salamander skink handlers = 20mmX20mm)

@n810 , How big is the Slann himself? I am eyeing a Reaper mini as a substitute alternate model and I don't have one to measure.
