Wow, that is a very strange Undead list you have there. Don't get me wrong its really punchy, and really aggressive but is not the typical undead list I'm used to see.
I will start with your heroes, They are the standard choice, and I like them. I would give the Necromancer the Inspiring Talisman but Myrddins is a good option too, specially in combination with surge.
Soul Reaver Cav regiment is just an amazing unit, they can pretty much destroy a whole army by itself one unit a time, Its really expensive though but I really like them, even at 1250 I would keep them. Just have in mind that their Nerve is not the best there is, not bad but protect them from multicharging or they will be in trouble, specially if a high CS is on their flank they can go down in a single turn, or get wavered, only unit of the undead with the werewolves that can be wavered, and then they will go down the next.
I like your troop options too, Revenant Cav will help the Soul Reavers or even shield them from a charge if needed. I would change one of the units of Revenants for a Wraith troop. Trust me those things are REALLY annoying, Def 6 and lifeleech means that they will not go down easily. But the best thing they have is the combo of Fly and Shambling, let me explain:
- You charge a unit on the flank or let put us in the worst case scenario get charged. They will probably not die due to the good nerve and Def 6, also they can't be wavered.
- Next turn instead of doing a counter charge, you can do this: Move 10 forwards over the unit that charged you, make your two 90º pivots (Fly also grants Nimble) and then you are facing the units rear.
- Use your necromancer or Liche King to Surge the Wraiths on the rear of the unit, for a juicy triple attacks.
And you can do that ALL THE TIME, providing there is a source for surge in range, and its really should be one. Or just fly away if you feel you should be hunting for a better objective.
The elephant in corner of this list is that it lucks something very important for the undead, An anvil. All your units are really good hammers but there are no units that can act as a tar pit to get your heavy hitting troops in position. I would exchange the Soul Reaver Infantry regiment, for a Horde of Revenats. I love the hordes of revenants, they are incredible at holding the enemy and even hiting back. Another option is a HUGE Legion of Zombies, but I don't like them, for 10 points more I would always choose the revenant horde. If you do that that gives you 60 points to spend on something nice, ike for example changing one of the revenants troops for a wraith troop. and you get 5 points to add a small artifact to unit, Blade of Slashing or Mace of Crusing are the usual choice.
