It is highly likely for Blood Bowl as they feature on one of the website images. Considering that GW released mostly evil faction teams last year, they seem to be going on a trend of doing good faction teams this year - I'm expecting Lizardmen will come out in the Autumn or Winter quarter this year, as they've recently done another Elf team and humans, Dwarfs and Halflings are already catered for. Maybe a Bretonnian team will be coming out as well because I'm sure Bretonnian teams were separate to the bog-standard human teams that are portrayed to be Empire

, but I can't see any order teams coming out other than Lizardmen in the near future.
Depends on how many Order factions GW are intending to include in Season 3 - Sigmarines will doubtlessly get another warband in the core set

and I imagine the enemy faction in that set will be Destruction, as Chaos and Death featured in the previous two - probably Bonesplitterz as Ironjawz and Gloomspite already have warbands and having Ogres in Warhammer Underworlds would probably be overkill. That will leave 6 warbands to come out as separate packs in Season 3. The following factions already have warbands:
- Fyreslayers
- Kharadron
- Skaven
- Tzeentch
- Khorne
- Darkoath
- Sylvaneth
- Ironjawz
- Gloomspite Gitz
- Nighthaunt
- Deathrattle/Legions of Nagash
Unless GW are going to do repeats (to be fair they did give Gloomspite and Khorne 2 warbands, but with non-Sigmarine factions it's generally unlikely), there are the following remaining factions that haven't already got warbands and so are most likely to feature:
- Bonesplitterz (probably in Starter Set for Season 3)
- Slaanesh
- Nurgle
- Flesh Eater Courts
- Seraphon
- Idoneth Deepkin
- Dispossessed
- Free Peoples
- Daughters of Khaine
Assuming that Destruction will be in the starter set, I wouldn't be at all surprised if Nurgle and Slaanesh are pretty much dead certs as GW is obsessed with Chaos. That leaves 4 warbands remaining. Seeing that Flesh-Eater Courts are the only Death faction without an Underworlds warband, it's likely they'll feature too, so that leaves 3 slots for Order, unless GW are going to surprise us all with another new Destruction or Death faction in the Open Day now that the Sylvaneth mess has been unblocked. Certainly it's likely there will be at least 2 Order warbands, which will probably not be Sigmarines as GW took the hint of people getting fed up with them in Season 2 when they only released the one lot of Sigmarines with the Starter Set. From the list of remaining candidates there are 5 possible factions (unless GW do something to sort out one of High Elves/Dark Elves/Wood Elves to be a fully-established faction again), only 3 of which are often seen in competitions. Unless GW decide that for some reason both existing Elf factions have priority over Seraphon (Daughters of Khaine certainly DON'T

), it is likely that Seraphon will take up one of those slots. Certainly if there's going to be 3 Order warbands other than the Sigmarines in the core set, I'd say Seraphon are pretty much guaranteed if GW have any sense of justice.
I know that was a bit of a horrendously over-complicated analysis, but I'm pretty confident they'll appear this time round.
