Whilst browsing for Seraphon things on eBay, I stumbled across someone selling an old copy of White Dwarf from Aug 2013, which was a Lizardmen special. Naturally, I wanted to find out more about this issue without paying the crazy high price the gentleman was advertising it for.

After perusing the internet (didn't take long) I found an article from another website forum linking to the exact issue I was looking for, so I'm sharing it with you all. I found it really interesting, even if the "fluff" isn't valid in AoS anymore.

It also contains some painting tips towards the back which still seem quite relevant.

Of course the fluff is still valid! It just describes the past, not the present, that's all. :)

I know this must have been said a thousand times already, but it's a shame they felt the desire to "nuke" the old world for AoS, as the lore is so interesting.

Plus I really like the idea of the hero characters. Gives it all that little bit more personality in my opinion.
