The Black Library doesn't have it posted anywhere and I have not seen another website with the latest available version posted. I am going to a big tournament soon and want to bring it with me in case questions arise.

We don't have one anymore... It's assumed that the new book covers everything (hahahahahahahahahaha)

The FAQ to the 7th Ed. Lizardmen book was removed from the GW website upon release of the 8th Ed. Lizardmen book. It's been over a year since the last FAQ was released for any Warhammer book, and many armybooks are still awaiting answers to FAQ. It's assumed that the holdup has been an eminent release of the 9th Ed. BRB, which will open the floodgate of held back Errata/FAQs from GW. This may be wishful thinking, it may be reasonable expectation; no one really knows what direction GW is taking in supporting its intellectual property.

I'd encourage each player to try to answer any rules related question with the existing rules. If you come upon an unclear rule or a contradiction between rules, agree with your opponent on how the rules will be interpreted in your game before dice hit the table. If one is found during a game, use The Most Important Rule (pg. 2) and The Spirit of the Game (pg. 3) as your guide and swiftly move the game along.

A collected list of 51 (and counting) Lizardmen FAQ are listed here: http://www.lustria-online.com/threads/lizardmen-8th-ed-faq.13582/
If GW answers half of those in the next year, I would be very surprised.
