8th Ed. What do you find to be the strongest cold one bus build?

A cold one bus is a style I don't have experience with. I am looking to try a death slann+ Tetto list and want to use a cold one bus as my heavy hitter. The problem is I don't know how best to build it. Any advice is appreciated.

Sorry for not being more clear. In this list I'd like to use them as a sledgehammer. Something to finish off the units weakened by my magic. So best at killing things. This is for the new 50% characters rules if that matters.

You want a guy that wins any challenge, then after building I got to....

OB CO fencers, glittering scales, dawnstone, OTS (for challenges, not always wounding, but never getting wounded either) 5's to hit, maybe 6's, T5, rerollable 1+

OB CO GW Steg helm, tali of 4++ (hit harder, T6 1+4++, impact hits, so if you charge an elf challenge with this guy as the impact hits can win the challenge before it happens)
