Hello there, lustrous Lustrians!
I have seen these kinds of threads in other forums, so though we could have one here as well. Tell us how you fund your plastic crack addiction! I thought we could add a twist and maybe include how, if at all, your chosen profession/job benefits your hobby other than the money.
What, you want me to start? Well, I guess that's only fair...
I'm a Biochemistry major, currently chasing after a PhD in the field of cancer biology. My job doesn't have many benefits, but I guess the years used to practice pipetting microlitre amounts to small containers taught me how to steady my hands, which is pretty important when I paint, as my hands are quite shaky. Other than that... hmm, I can bring home distilled water, denatured alcohol, isopropanol and other chemicals that are useful for paint thinning and stripping miniatures. The latter I haven't tried, though.
Ok, who's next?
