8th Ed. What do I need to add to be competitive?

Hey all, just got my hands on a decent sized (imo) lizardmen force but have no experience with the new book.
So i was hoping i could get some help ready for a tournament in september.
I currently have:
128 skinks with bows
30 temple guard
20 sarus with spears
36 sarus with hw+s
8 Cold one cav
stegadon
skink priest
sarus hero/lord on foot.

I know i need a slaan but what else do i need for an army that wont get crushed in a tournament?

Use some of your Cold One Cav as Mounted Scar Vets and use your Skinks with Bows as standins for Skinks with Javs (or blowpipes...) you've got a pretty good army already.

You could use some Chameleon Skinks or Terradons. And a Salamander or two. And of course a Slann.

Depending on the tournament WYSIWYG rules you might want to pick up a box or two of the new(er) skink models so you can model them with their actual models (you can also pretty easily convert regular skinks into Chameleon Skinks)
