Trimming to 30 skink units brings it down to 90 and I'm not comfortable enough with only 90 when I know the first 2 rounds is gonna be a series of focus fires on my dreads. I use the skinks to just get in the way of elites and hold objectives while my dreads go running amok. I do understand overall it would be better to have kroak but my math is failing me at the moment even if I trim down to 30 for all 3 to get kroak it wouldn't really be worth it. Since I wouldn't have an astrolith right? Or did I mess up math again? Or do you mean just one unit?

You just would have to drop to 30 on one of them. Slann to kroak is only a 60 pint upgrade. Worth it for the 4+++ and the extra cp.

Just one unit. 2 units of 40 and 1 of 30, you save 60 pts and upgrade the Slann to Kroak
