8th Ed. two lists which one is better?

life slann bsb 4 dicis, ethereal, +PD per spell, loremaster, -6 for enemy. crown of command (stuborn) cupped hands
skink chief spear ancient steg
scar armor of destiny shield
50 saurus full command spears
3x5 chams
2x ancient stegs
salamandra

2nd:
slann bsb banner that gives fire ataks +PD per spell, loremaster
oldblood +ST no armour saves sword, shield, light armour, dawnstone (rerol armour saves) helmet that gives + AS and 2+ wardf againts fire ataks so 1+ rerolable armour. (in this turney going to get 5+ ward from turney scenarios)
skink priest lvl 1 EOTG
the same scar veteran
50 full command spear saurus
2x5 chams
2x ancient stegs
salamandra

me too, but i like too keep slann ass safe ass posible, so that #2 is strange for me
but oldblood looks like it could pack a good punch and is quite good armored
