AoS Thunderquake skinks handlers

hi all guys, I have a question about handlers.. If I play this battalion it's says I need one unit of razo or sally and handlers! Can I deploy only salamanders and after summon my handlers? Or I have to deploy handlers too?

Handlers must be included since the beginning.
Summon units are not "fixed", you just keep away a certain number of points that you can use to summon anything, so they cannot work as prerequisite

Yeah unfortunately you have to take them. I'd like to omit them as well in many lists.

Have you seen guys adepticon list in twitch yestorday? The guy played seraphon on second game.. He got thunderquake battalion and 4 salamanders , and 40 pts to summon. He had not included them. Any1 watched that?

I didn't, but....honestly that makes me frown. The rules are very clear that you have to include the handlers.

I watched...it was painful that was a tough scenario vs fireslayers. But the handlers should have been out on the board for sure.

I have to say I'm happy about that. I'm sad because I hoped to play a similar list, summon handlers and tp Sally, but that means I can still read a book
About game I think seraphon player deployed bad. He understate fireslayers tunneling

Fyreslayers are hard to beat. A little error in deployment and you are history.
