AoS Thunderquake question

guys the ability of thunderquake to be savage , is only on combat phase initial next combat phase ? Can I benefit from buffs in shooting phase too?

The "stance" (savage or swift) is changed at the beginning of each combat phase (yours and you opponent's) and lasts until the next one.
So yes, between that it works.
