Thinking about my return to the Warhammer Community.

I was wandering how much the Lizardmen have changed over the past 2-3 years. I moved back down to the city 3 month's ago and now I have access to hobby store's again after walking past it a good few time's I had to go and take a look around and now I feel like I want to re live the glory day's of marching my lizard's across the battlefields. I'm considering re picking up the hobby. I've always favored Fantasy playstyle over 40k and lorewise Lizardmen have always appealed to me the most. Considering I still have a few of my unit's left (Apx 12 Skink's 15 Saurus, Slann, Skink Priest and 6 cold one riders) I was thinking of continue my allegiance to my scaly friends. Also It's around that time we will be getting a new codex too if I'm not mistaken.
Id like to hear some player's opinions on the race competitively.

Yep new army book this Sumer/Fall.

Lizardmen have allways had fairly versitle army builds.
and they do fairly well in tournamennts.
their play style hasn't changed a lot since you where last playing.

I'm hoping that late night shopping is a go for the Hobby Store down here tonight thinking about grabbing some minature's paint's and stuff. I plan to stick with my old paint scheme but revamp it a bit. I have and old old paint log on the 4th page still
