7th Ed. Themed Skink/Krox Spawning Pool Army HELP!

I love the idea that Skinks and Krox come from the same pool, so I'm trying to make an army that is competitive (doesn't have to be top tier but not something that sucks). I was thinking something along the following, but am completely open to ideas and suggestions. And yes I know I didn't put wargear on my skinks. Do i need to fill my other 2 hero slots? a bsb? I've played very few games with my lizards so if I am doing something really dumb let me know! I'm also on the fence about 2 EOTG's but i own them and they look bad arse!
