7th Ed. The replacements

I was wondering what the rules where for "counts as" models.Can you use non-GW mini's?
If so how does it work? I know this probably varies from tourney to tourney,but what is the general consensus? Sorry if this is covered in another thread,I couldn't find it.Thanx.

Most GW tournies say at least 75% must be GW models, some indies allow a bit more variation but it makes it a lot easier if you can instantly recognise the models.
