Looks like a solid list. A couple of suggestions though:

With the Slaan and Tetto having 15 spells between them, I really don't think you need the Skink Priest. I know he can useful for Arcane Vassal, but I don't think you will need him.

Becalming Cogitation is a brilliant discipline. I'd try to get that on your Slaan if you can.

24 Temple Guard is the absolute minimum unit size, imo, so I would try to see if you can up there number a few. Opponents are likely to put a lot of firepower into them.

One thing you could also consider is dropping the Ripperdactyls and bringing in some Cold One Riders to provide a Look-Out-Sir! roll for your Oldblood against armies that have Cannons as he is probably the biggest Cannon magnet in your list.
