Does anyone run this guy? If so:

1 - Do you like deploying him with skinks?
2 - Have you cast the comet with him? how was it?
3 - Redploying sounds nice, i actually f**ked up my deployment, lol (first time playing lizardmen).
4 - Doubles on heaven spells?!?! splooge.

Would like to hear you experiences and tactics!

He is nice for the lore master ability. The reroll on the coming of the comet is good as well. I have never had the doubles being irresistable happen for me yet (I have played him in three games. 1 7th and 2- 8th edition). The cosmic events special rule is only good for one round of magic. That is what messes him up for me. He is good to put into a unit of skinks.

Over all, he is fun. Try him out. Do not plan on his winning the game for you. He will not.

if you add 1 or 2 lvl 2 priests, 1 with plaque of tepok to a list with him you could petentially get 2 commets of with IF that can't be dispelled and are damn strong with the improved version.

nice. if you have a loremaster (heavens) and a skink priest.... do you choose spells for the priest?

naah, you still roll, but wiht 2 lvl 2 adn plaque of tepok you have 5/6 spells. barring some unlucky rolls (1,2,3,4,6) you will get commet every time

Sweet. I've done that before with my vamp army. three wizys with all vamp lore. muwahaha. aw i miss them. to bad they got owned with 8th.
