AoS Teleporting into Realmshaper?

Nope. Garrisoning happens during the movement phase. LoSaT happens at the end of the movement phase after all normal movements have been completed.

This FAQ also mentions you can only set up directly inside during deployment.

mmm... what happens if i charge a garrisoned unit and i wipe it away? do i "enter" the terrain? it would seem pretty logical but i don't know if it's supported by a rule...

To my knowledge the rules state that you can only enter the terrain in two ways: Deploy inside prior to turn 1, or spend your movement phase later in the game.

Garrison placement happens at the end of the movement phase. So sadly or luckily terrain can't be garrisoned after successful combat.
