How does summoning work nowadays

you gain points from the following
1 a slann or kroak is your general
2 a astrolith is in your army
3 each slann or trogladon can give up ONE spell a turn to gain points
each of the above gives 1d3 summoning points that you can use at the end of the movement phase to summon units that you can afford

Honestly don't know this just popped up in my feed and I didn't think summoning was in fantasy so I answered it like it was AOS
