I'm confused, you're asking someone to put together a list that is capable of defeating opponents X, Y and Z? The opposing armies you mention can be played very differently depending on the troops that they field and the opponetns play style. It's almost impossible to set up a list with the facts that you've given, on top of the fact that if all the facts were available it would take a considerable amount of time.
It would be easier for us to comment and make suggestions on a list that you've posted taking into consideration the fact that you know your opponents. If you do this you'll get a much more targetted response from the LO community and it will make it easier for us over all to comment on the specific list. You could also take a look at the many threads already posted in this forum that deal specifically with the opponents you're talking about. Forgive my ignorance if I am wrong, but this thread sounds like you're asking the community to give you a list to play that can win against your opponents.
Ultimately, there is no cold hard answer to your question and I doubt that anyone is willing to spend the time to put together a list that is tailored to suit your specific situation. There are just too many unkown variables.
