8th Ed. Strange Amount of Skinks

So I recently came into a weird amount of Skinks. Got an old Battalion box with 24 skinks that can be used as skirmishers or a cohort... but what do I do with 24 skinks? The box has no Krox, so I'd just be running the skinks on their own. Should I do something like... 12 cohort and 12 skirmishers, 10 cohort and 14 skirmishers, block them up in one unit? Just curious as to your thoughts!

the standard box of skins has 24 in it man, build what you want to build and youll do fine, i think 10 skirmishers would be a good way to start

2 units of 12 skink skirmishers with javelins and shields is pretty good!
