AoS spell range modifier order of operations

guys I’m in a tournament and realized I don’t know the rule for Kroaks range. He’s on balewind, I have astrolith planted and I rolled doubles for the cast of CD, the 3d6 range is 15”

We are playing on 1.0 rules, not 2.0.

What’s my range for this cast?
Do I add or multiply the modifiers first?

There was a FAQ that made clear that you first multiply, then add.
So you first double the spell range because of the BWV, then add the 8" for the Astrolith Bearer.
