Prety sure you can only use the warspear if you mounted on a stegadon...

if he is... then the stegs points will come out of your hero allowence.
because the steg would count as a character mount.

Otherwise it looks prety good.

This is really similar to my own list at that point level (I have cold ones and 1 unit of SS bu pretty much the same otherwise). I think you have what it takes to take care of pretty much everything. You might lack a fast moving flanking unit other than the stegadon but if you know that ahead of time, you can play around that little weakness.

This army will do really well against most armies. Let us know how it does at the GT!

As above said i would like to know how your tournament went =) I personally dont like Kroxigor + skink formup's but this looks promising!
