8th Ed. Slann and Transcendant healing

Transcendant healing is now a complete waste of 50 points, since you cannot take a ward and a regen save. Just an FYI.

Couldn't help but notice they completley changed the buff master engineers give to cannons for dwarves (as the old buff is redundant); though no love for the slann as yet. Frankly i'm not sure what they'd do with it to make me take it. a 3+ regen? probably still not worth it.

A Re-roll to the 4+ ward save would be "similar" to ward save stacking up and okay.
