7th Ed. skink hand weapons

hi people i went to an tourney this week and some people said that skink hand weapons are poisened and others say they aren't who's right?

If you have the Lizarmen Army book I think it says all the lizardmen special abillities and who haves them (dont have the book myself yet)

Well in the profile for most skinked units, it says jungle poisons, but if you look at jungle poisons in the section where it explains how to rank up slann and kroxigors in other units it says that their ranged attacks are poisonned, which says to me that melee attacks would not be, though I would love clarification on that.

Ya melee attacks from skinks are not poisoned only ranged, the only way you can make melee attacks poisoned is venom of the tree frog.

well you can also say that the hand weapons are poisened but it doesnt work in hth combat only if you throw your weapoons or any thing liek that....

To bad skinks don't get close combat poison.... they should when they are ranked up.
