AoS Skink Chief point cost?

Where can I find the point cost for the skink chief? Warscroll builder tells me he's 60 points but...

He's not in the Generals Handbook... Am I missing something?

Also, I found his rules in the Lizardmen Warscroll Compendium, is this the most recent version?

It's at the end of the piched battle profiles under compendium lizardmen. It is the most recent version, until the general's handbook 2 comes out. So in short yes, 60 points is correct.
