AoS Shadowstrike with these units?

hey I’m buying 5 chameleon skinks and one chameleon skink stalker. I have 3 rippers or terradons. Would a shadowstrike list work with these units?
 
AFAIK, Chameleon skink stalker is not Seraphon unit, but Liazardmen, so can be only taken as ally and won't benifit from allegience. Shadowstrike itself specifies that you need Chameleon Skinks unit, not just Chameleon Skinks keyword. So your build is invalid.

Strongest shadowstrike list is 2x40 skinks and 6 ripperdactyl riders. Terradons, unfortunately, benefit less from the battalion bonus, than ripperdactyls. 10 chama skinks is viable too. So, considering your units, I'd go for 3 ripperdactyls and 5 chamas and add any number of skinks you have in the second unit.
 
Darn it sucks that chameleon skink stalker can’t benefit from seraphon ability. Either way is there any builds where he is viable? Is he good to keep with the Chameleon skinks?
 
There is no way Seraphon army can benifit form it in competitive play, I'm afraid. He doesn't buff seraphon, as his abilities affect only himself, and stats are mediocre. He is fine for some narrative play or open play fun games. But not a tournament choice, definitely.
 
I bought a mordheim skink hero off eBay for cheap. I wanted to convert him to something I will post a pic in a min maybe there is something better I can make him
 
Wait, that one was produced that way???
I totally thought it was just a Ripperdactyl rider. The pose looks like it, and so does the spear.
The shield looks like kitbashed together from two Ripperdactyl rider shields.

My guess would have been that someone built Terradons from the kit and sold a few of the spare parts as a (cool looking) model.

I am pretty sure I can build something that looks exactly like that one.

Oh lol I thought it was a mordheim thing lol. Well any ideas on what I could use it as in AOS?

The only real advantage of the Stalker, is that he can disappear from sight and reappear in the same turn, which gives the model a crazy mobility.

He has to stay outside of 9" (normal Chameleons can set up everywhere) but that's OK because he sucks in melee anyway. He is decent for sniping though, especially if he stands still for one round, as his attack becomes 6x 3+/2+/-/1 then.
